Who We Are
"Closing the Gap" is an initiative of "One-By-One, Getting It Done", Healthy Communities Partnership, Communities That Care, Southcentral Employment Corporation, other human service and educational organizations, and individuals of all ages in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
The initiative’s purpose is to strengthen developmental assets in youth, teens, and families through increased and improved communication, parental education and involvement, mentoring relationships, and expanded opportunities for positive activities and community involvement for young people in the region.
This website was designed for and by tweens and teens to promote communication and access to information on topics of interest to them. It is constantly in development through feedback from new individuals using the site.
